Thank you for the note. I bought all these recipes from Basil (note: Sudaruska is from Basil, I think you may have confused it with the Shock-causing series of Troika) but will keep in mind that items bought from Sullivan are bound.

Just a note, I'm fairly certain that token recipes received from Sullivan are unable to be traded right now - find someone you trust to return the recipes to you to test that out, since I'm hearing a lot of people claim they can't trade the recipes off. At least, that's what I'm assuming you're trying to sell, and not the actual sword... I could be interpreting your post wrong though, but I thought I'd help you out with that either way.
