so when i go to the trade tab it says my energy is 0 but at the bottom corner i have 100 and im just trying to trade my energy for crowns help anyone?

You can click on the zeros
You can click on the zeros above your energy bar. The zeros indicate how much crystal energy you have. then a window will pop up, allowing you to buy crystal energy with real money. Click on the tab that says 'trade' and you can buy crystal energy with crowns.
You cannot trade Mist Energy (the bottom number) for crowns. You can only sell your Crystal Energy (the top number).
