I don't see why we have to jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops to get a nice little vanity item. If they're not going to re-unbind them, can we at least get a place where we can trade them for each other, give or take spiral and prismatech? And can we be told straight-up if they don't drop in team-play?

Well...
The hat hunt isn't really fun or encouraging, and you're not supposed to make money for it. It's a place where you can trade a bombhead mask for a different one. You could put up say, a cursed bombhead mask to be traded for an iron bombhead mask, and if there's anyone who wants a cursed bombhead mask for the iron bombhead mask that they earned, they would swap. Perhaps there could be a trading/putting up a request fee.

I think what star means...
Is that then someone will just have his one bombhead mask, and just trade with people until he gets the one he wants, instead of playing it over and over to get it. So he gets it by spending only time and effort, instead of extra cr, rite?
Btw, the free one looks a bit awkward with my gear, so I got my noob gear as costume so it looks less awkward. Now I just walk around pretending to blow up ^^
It wouldn't be a hat hunt if you could simply trade them. Besides, its to encourage people to use the blast network, not letting people make money off of it.
