I must admit I like the way my knight looks. I have always wondered what my knight would look like if I bought this helm or that armor. Thanks to the preview option I now can!

But this is a flaw that needs to be addressed on two levels. I know there have been suggestions for a barbershop, and I am all for it (along with more colors for the knight, like black or very dark red), I know there are priorities. But along those lines you should have a whole option of "costume only" items.

I am not sure but at least one person on the dev team had to have played C&C at some point. In Red Alert and Zero Hour (and others) there were decoy buildings you could buy that were a fraction of the price of the real building, but had no functioning value. I would like to see that implemented into SK at some point. Think of being bored with your Vog set looks-wise (they have to be at this point). You could go to an existing merchant or a new one all together and shop for new helms, armor, and SHIELD COVERS that were costume only (no function, NO UV).

It would include longevity into the game with people trying to collect them all or others with too many crowns spending them. Maybe do something like you can't put a 5* costume over a 3* item or something, I would. I am no programmer but this should have a nice difficulty-to-implement/satisfaction payoff. I mean, you do have all the items there with the ability to be costume only. So all you would have to do is change the price and exclude it from having any function other than looks.

I would think that it would have to be cheap and would not require upgrades (you could buy a 5* look without having to forge it from a 4* or unbind it), maybe costs like this:

1* - 50cr
2* - 100cr
3* - 200cr
4* - 600cr
5* - 1800cr

My second issue is with Basil. I have to either wait too long (sometimes weeks since I have a life, lol) to get the recipe I want or I overpay at the AH. I would like Basil to carry maybe double the recipes it (he?) currently does. This is my first suggestion and I hope you consider it, even if you do not implement it, since I feel it is a good idea IMO. I am not a mindless fanboy and I hope you do not alienate 95% of the users in favor of the hardcore 5% of the users (like WoW did). Never forget, the majority of your target customers HAVE to be weekend warriors and part timers.

Lastly, ADD CAPES!!!!!

*Wears his Vita-Suit and

*Wears his Vita-Suit and Steam Helm as costume bits*

While I wouldn't mind some more costume bits, I'd much rather they just gave us more gear in general. We can always just make it and put it in the costume slots.

Prehaps a couple guild

Prehaps a couple guild costumes, but really I'd just rather have actual new items.
