I think it would be nice if we also had the choice of reviving with crowns. It would make it easier and preserve more CE for knights.

energy is defined a physical system's ability to do work. reviving is work thus its illogical to have something thats basically worthless to be used in such a manner
reviving is a cornerstone of OOO's energy sinks same with Elevators and alchemy machines

That's why you do not pay ME
That's why you do not pay ME and CE for revives until bosses or you soloing.also it's a way for OOO to gain more money.
I think it's better to just not die. It's not a bad idea, but I'd rather have the gamemakers put effort into something more important, like more items, new boss, or better pvp.
