Most people (including me) are afraid to unbind a 5* item before trading, due to the fact that someone may retract their offer after we pay the unbind cost. Most buyers are unwilling to pay the unbind cost unfront since it's risky.
Can we get a feature to unbind an item on trade? This means the minimum trade cost will be 4000 CE or whatever the unbind cost is.
do it this way: if your selling, then you want to get rid of what your selling. unbind the damn thing anyway (yes, i can say damn, for it is not censored in game). if the original buyer says "I changed my mind" then sell the item on the auction house. you might not get as much, but you will still get something.
