Read-only folder? Can't play!

I recently installed SK on my Linux laptop, and when I run it, I get an error message that says it is installed in a read-only directory, and I need to install it where I can change the permissions. Any advice?

Install it in a directory

Install it in a directory with write permissions, or give the directory write permissions for the user account.
