I got enough coins for any four of the Bombhead Mask and would like to sell them at 60k cr or 1200 CE each
(combination of cr and ce is also accepted at 50cr : 1ce rate)

You're not able to do that.

You're not able to do that. Anything bought from Sullivan is bound when acquired. You might as well save them to buy recipes for yourself.
