So I crafted a couple Caliburs, one with Damage Bonus vs Undead: Medium and the other with Charge Time Reduction: Low. Which one do you guys recommend I keep?

The utility of a charge time
The utility of a charge time reduction depends on how often you charge your sword. My personal view is that if you're in a situation where it matters how long it takes your sword to charge, then you probably shouldn't be charging it.
Personally, I would go with CTR low. Ideally, get a CTR Med Calibur, because at level 10 with a 5* Sword Focus module, you will have CTR Maximum! (although CTR Ultra from your current weapon is acceptable too). The charge attack of the Calibur line is an awesome thing to behold, it will KO puppy turrets in one attack and send Lumbers flying across the room. Just watch where you release it, don't be the jerk that throws lumbers into teammates' faces.
