I had bought the Battle Pack, and when the items got mailed to me I clicked 'accept and delete' but the items never went through into my inventory. I am positive the transaction went through because in my Steam account it reads:

9,500 (Battle Pack)
There was an error that happened at the end of the transaction, and perhaps that had something to do with it, but the payment went through and the items aren't there. Is there anything that can be done? Please help! It's hooked to my Steam account, and character bounded to one named 'Excerebration'. Any insight on what I can do to resolve this would be really great, thanks in advance!
Silly question, but do you have a package in your inbox? If I recall, you need to accept it the same way as you do purchases in the mall.
Otherwise, hit the gear, hit 'support', submit a support ticket under billing information. A GM will be able to look at the data and fix your problem.
