The Krogmo Token vendor has caps that say "bind when acquired", so when the recipes still say "bind when equipped", that is nothing short of misleading as the recipes apparently ARE bound when ACQUIRED. I can understand if you want the recipes bound, but if that's the case you need to make the wording consistent (i.e. the bug is the wording, I'm not claiming the bug to be the recipes binding).
Technically, all I can ask for is for the wording to be fixed, but I would of course appreciate being able to refund my tokens (given the recipes are bound, letting people return un-learned recipes doesn't hurt anyone). Well sure, I would most appreciate being able to transfer the recipe to my character that needs it (I would have earned the coins on the correct account if I knew the recipes were bound), but I understand I'd be unreasonable to expect that.
Looking at the wiki, the Brinks page and Sullivan page both say " All equipment purchased from [Brinks/Sullivan] for tokens is automatically bound to the purchaser." Given Brinks sells materials, which clearly aren't bound, then equipment isn't being used as a catch-all term. In other words, the wiki seems to imply that recipes (assumedly not considered equipment) are not supposed to be bound. If that is the case, this is a serious bug, not just misleading wording. Clarification on the intended rule would be helpful here.
