To Craft or Continue~?

Is it worth spending days crafting 2* stuff til you get a great or useful UV on it then venture into the clockworks or Just go with 1 without any and ignore UV unless u by chance get 1 while making it til a 5*~?

Okay, I needed a bit to decipher your question.

In this game you don't need UVs at all to do the content available. It absolutely does help, but it's not necessary. So just go down the elevator and have fun. You can upgrade your gear later if you feel that way.

I wouldn't count on good UVs by chance while upgrading to higher-starred versions, though.
