Does Gun ASI (attack speed increase) make bullets go faster?
example: if I have a Catalyzer with a UV ASI very high .. will the bullets go faster?
or is it the time between shots?

I was in Tge ATH with a
I was in Tge ATH with a friend one time. His AP had Asi v high and mine had med. Reload and shooting time animation was faster.

Don't tell things you don't know. The reload time is the same, there is no possibility to decrease the time to reload. The attack speed increase just does decrease the time between shot AND before and after one. So your friend did reload at the same time, and noone was faster, just the attack speed increse allowd him to faster pick up his gun again.
It speeds up your shooting animation, reducing the time between shots.
Bullets travel at the same speed.
