I have a question about the new bombhead mask things. I've seen some on the market going for a good amount. I'm wondering how people are getting these on the market. Krogmo vendor shows that it binds on pickup. I know there's an unbinder npc but the bombhead mask doesn't have any stars so I'm not sure which one would unbind it. I hear that sometimes if you bribe krogmo he'll give costume pieces but I've never seen it happen before. Are these the ones people are selling?
The first one or two days that this update came out, Bombheads won from bribes from Krogmo were unbound, this has since changed. All the ones you are seeing on the market are from those first few days.
