There are some of us that would like to see harder bosses in this game or a "Hard Mode" for each boss that gives better rewards if you win. There are some of us that can beat Vanaduke without the water glitch, with Slag Guards chasing us, and still not use a single pill or revive. I am suggesting the - Hard Mode - over just making them harder since we do know there are some players that can't handle these bosses yet. But for those of us that can, I would love to see a Hard Mode for each boss that would even make fighting Snarby hard for Tier 3 players while providing better rewards for beating them.
Make Bosses Harder
Difficulty is not the main reason why the boss fights are boring.
I don't think buffing the bosses defense or strength is the way to go though. I think we just need bosses that are more enjoyable in general, you know, smarter, various attack petterns. The current bosses are rinse-and-repeat style, like on kirby (not metaknight! he's perfect :3).
Solo Vanaduke with proto gear and then I'll say +1. Or get the whole party. ATLEASY use a proto set with shield. In Tge beginning of vid, inspect yourself for proof.
Personally; i like the idea of having levels in Tier 3 where in an Arena form a Snarbolax or Jelly King can be encountered. Mixing in random terrain could make stuff alot more interesting. And make it harder to use the "original Tier 1 Snarbo mechanic" and the "original JK mechanic" to beat it (aka sit on bell and spam / remove heal effect and damage).
@BigFootM: So people have to do that ; for you to give them +1. No thanks; however I think its possible. The people i play with hardly rely on gear anymore and are focussing on the mechanics of the fight. By slowly downgrading gear towards proto you could get skillfull enough within the Vanaduke fight to actually beat him in Proto. (but why record an extensive Vanarun (grind w/ protogear since damage wise you will take LONG)
So either i revert your challenge; and you show us your vid before laying down a challenge to someone ells, or we'll just stop talking about it... ^__^
So yeah; Hard mode seems like a very interesting option. Or atleast something a bit more challenging depth wise...
I see a few other suggestions here I like, especially the one from DrLequack. I am looking for bosses that will give more of a challenge. New or old, etc.

If anyone wants to waste a day of their life to go thru FSC and shoot or slash Vanaduke in their proto gear for around 15 dmg a hit then they are welcome to go waste it. Though for us that would like to spend our times doing something more productive game wise, there is this suggestion and the others offered in here to make the game more of a challenge without spending a day to do it.

Everyone wants this nerfed, or that nerfed, or gates with no fiends in it. This would be something to offer to those that want a bigger challenge out of the game that can still be done in a reasonable time.
What about making one gate where the boss appears in "normal" mode and one gate where the same boss can be encountered in "hard" mode?
You could just make Snarbolax "hard" in the end of a different gate's t2 run. Make Jelly king appear at the end of some t3 run as "hard" and for Vana, perhaps add a stratum beyond t3 where he can be met as "hard" challenge.
More tiers and levels are needed anyways, and this might help. Or, just make more bosses that are different and make some of them even harder than the current Vana. The above suggestion is just an easy fix for now, without requiring lots of new stuff to be created, and the new bosses will probably appear anyway - just wait for them.
