For the triple max 100kce is actually low end. 100kce would only afford you 13 rolls for the triple uv's. And since each individual bonus has a random chance of low to Maximum!, as well as the specific type of UV's you're incredibly unlikely to actually obtain anything useful. Unless you didn't care if the UV's themselves were fairly worthless and someone had an incredible affinity with lady luck and rolled on the nearly infinitesimal low probability that they get it and then didn't want it for themselves...
Not trying to nay say, just say that perhaps even if someone did have what you were looking for it's going to be difficult to obtain it for that amount. Best of luck to you however!

Here's an idea though... Why not just save it until you see something you KNOW you want? It's not like you have anything you want to buy in mind anyway. Buying something for the sake of buying it, even with fake currency, is just stupid. The way you're doing it right now just comes across as obnoxious; it makes me think that you care about your status in a F2P game by being able to claim you have the "rarest" item there is.
Though, I suppose the adage "A fool and his money are soon parted" exists for a reason after all~
