It will still cap at +6. Everything, UV, Tinker, natural Bonus can't go higher together than +6. That's the reason why it's called "maximum".
So it's better to have an Equip that gives you +4 Damage and +2 Speed instead of +6 Damage, because an UV can still be useful, instead of farming for other UVs.
