Did you notice how some people are artificially raising the price of CE.
They put packs of 20-30 at a certain price, others put above it to sell, when their pack is not longer seen on screen, they cancel the pack and put it again at higher price, and the whole thing goes on & on until someone actually purchase a lot of CE and collapse the whole thing back to normal :)

Similarly there are times where I need to sell 10,000 to 30,000 ce - I usually price it about 150 crowns per 100 ce higher to try and sell for a profit.

There are times when I need to buy 10,000-30,000 ce (100 - 300 buy orders). I can pay about 150 crowns per 100 ce higher immediately or buy in chunks slowly or just put up a large quantity buy order if I'm in no hurry. Usually I pay the higher price just to avoid artificially raising the price, but sometimes I want to save myself 10,000 - 30,000 crowns. That's all.
