First off; http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=c4f85e38ffecb15f911f6...
That goes to the 3D model. The description is there as well. At the moment, the uploaded version has purpple highlights, for "darkfang" but I'm changing them to red for "crimson order". Also has no textures, only solid colors. The bomb dropper hasn't been made yet, and as of now; the mech has no lower body. I don't wanna make it tall, so I'm giving it a round base with jets on it bomb dropper will be underneath in the middle. I have all the attack patterns listed on the link, but I havent determined things like phases yet. This boss is considered a gremlin, not a construct, becuase king tizinar is the only weak point, in the front.
I got the idea for this boss from watching a vanaduke video on youtube. I realized that the obvious strategy to beating vanaduke is to just kite him, so I made a boss that is the other way around. To be even more the other way around, I made it a gremlin; the opposite of zimbies, defense and weakness wise.
King tizinars mech (KTM, :P) can drop bombs and run, like a demo, has two variants of retrode lasers; that shoot in a line or a semi ring, can launch missiles into the sky like the roarmulus twins do, and between phases spits out knightbots from it's shoulders.
Sound's impossible right? Here are the flaws; KTM cannot turn his retrobeams enough to shoot behind himself, or right next to himself, so you can get up in his face and not worry about those, and the missiles aren't ever launched too close to him, so you can stay away from those easialy.
Onto the strenghts; KTM is shaped like a wall, so standing right in front of it allows the knightbot's to easialy surround you. Also, he can force you to back off and walk back into range by dropping bombs and stepping back, like a gremlin demo.
General stratagey; Kill off the knightbots he releases so you can begin to close in on him. Then rapidly attack the cockpit untill he set's a bomb and flees, causing you to have to close in again. You can set bombs behind him, so that when he rolls back, he will take more damage. If he takes allot of damage he shall open up the knightbot deployers on the sides; so you get to repeat the process.
Thats pretty cleaver.....
