What The helmet the Knight on the far right wearing? Yes, the one that looks like the Kat line of Monster.

and How do I get it?

(I also play a war themed Hat simulator.. Which has a Spiral Sallet, which looks more likey to be a Mighty Cobalt Helm.. and an inner desire for hats has taken hold.)

That would be the Magikat Hat. Or rather, it appears to be a possibly upgraded version of it. As far as we're aware, its unobtainable. They've been taunting us with it since beta...

Someone found one in a treasure box in an Arena back in the beta. It hasn't been seen since.

(Arena treasure boxes can, rarely, contain any equipment of tier-appropriate star rating or lower. That's how the first Blackened Crest was found in-game, before they were added to Brinks' token exchange rewards.)
