So with this new update for Blast Network, it says that "Players who do NOT participate adequetely in a Coliseum match will recieve a message from King Krogmo stating that they have dishonored his Coliseum and as a result will recieve NOTHING."

Now what I've interpreted in this new update is that the worst player overall/the worst player on the winning team will recieve nothing, but I was wrong, I got 3 & 5, and a teammate of mine got 3 & 8 and I GOT NOTHING. So can someone please explain to me, is the "Disgracer" randomly chosen or something? Because I am completely not happy that OOO implemented this update at the moment...........

Perhaps you had more team kills than him. Team kills aren't shown in the scoreboard.

According to Nick its something along the lines of avoiding combat during the match, and I think constant suicide falls into it as well. The rules behind it are pretty loose, so they don't expect too many people to fall victim to it.

the OOO finally got a great update to punish all the afkers and bad skilled players,imho unskilled players even do more harm to the game than afkers

just L2P,or just quit pvp because you're not forced to play it.

3-5 is a decent score, given that suicides caused by you trapping an opponent between yours and his bombs don't count. With a game a chaotic as Bomberman, there are always more deaths than kills. I hope you're just trolling, as the L2P and "not forced to play" arguments are wholly invalid. For example, if you want a bombhead mask or recipe, you can't buy it in the Auction House even if you wanted to.

Punishing AFKers is one thing. But you're outright discriminating people who perform less. That's wrong of you. Keep in mind the frequent amount of lag that hinders people's focus and movements. That's not who OOO intended to target.

Also, it's jarring how they got so severe about it. At the point that people risk losing 200 Crowns over some questionnable arbitrary remarks. In any case, you have paid 200 Crowns, basically you technically earned this coin.

I hate blaming the devs, so I'll pour all my rage into the possibility that it's the Devilites that corrupted the king's easy going nature, along with stealing a portion of players' prize Crowns. Seriously, the change is ridiculous, but it's not too late.

...Good thing I got what I wanted out of the coliseum already (specifically the new haze bomb line and the elite slash and sword focus modules). Punishing the AFKers is one thing, but it's not really fair to punish the unskilled players or players that simply have a bad match too.

I consider being able to farm

I consider being able to farm coins, while doing nothing, a major issue by adding dead weight to the match. The problem they face is how to identify AFKers from regular players.... because the only other way to put a stop to it is by shutting down the game mode.

Fortunately, now that the code is implemented on the server, they can tweak some of the values on the fly without having to bring the server down (I hope).

This is indeed the case. It was already adjusted once post-patch, and it's under observation to see whether more adjustment is needed.

in pvp arenas I always hear bad excuses like lagging or such,when I lag I just don't enter the pvp arena at all,and I strongly suggest all other players do so but not framing your teammates and wasting their time

at least afkers don't place bad placed bombs to trap teammates,while unskilled players frequently do so,that's why I stated unskilled players do more harm than afkers in random team match.

and why am I gonna get banned by telling the truth,the DQ system now is working perfectly as OOO has expected,punishing unskilled and afkers,stop the meaningless threat -_-,if you spent half the time whining on the forum practicing bomberman,you won't be in the sticky situation as you are in now.

I'm pretty sure it's there to handle the AFKers that use scripts that make them move slightly or drop bombs every few seconds(so they don't register as AFK).

If you asked me, I think it's alright to punish AFKers, as they would be doing something which would be commonly known as boosting. No one likes a player that cheated his way to rewards just because he sat there and killed someone while that person (AFKer) just sat there and did nothing.

I think it's alright to punish those who are actually cheating, but to punish those who just did bad, or at least decent is completely ridiculous. It's just giving everybody a more himuliating, and quite fustrating time. Because now OOO is basically saying something like this, "Get good or get out of this game because no one wants you and we NEVER give stuff to people as awful as you."

Why the hell do people trick

Why the hell do people trick others and say the prize is split if you do nothing, and then you see some of them go and attack people just to get the prize. I lost a bomber mask prize and a krogmo coin prize by these liars, I mean why are they this greedy. And I've been playing for awhile with nearly 3000 in the global ranking.

Sure, it's just a bomber mask, but that is opportunity cost to get mods or recipes to sell for money.
