It's useless because it locks
It's useless because it locks you in an "fast" attack animation, which does nothing more than high-max ASI could handle. Except making you vulnerable to enemy attacks.
While this might be useful to take out single wolvers/fiends in T2, its a death sentence in T3. You want to keep the zombies at bay instead of going kamikaze. That's why I prefer the ranged attack. Same reason why people love Divine Avengers so much.

Well I have a Vh ASI Flourish
Well I have a Vh ASI Final Flourish myself so I guess I know a thing or two about it's weaknesses. Comes down to playstyle/looks I guess. Thanks for free bump though.
