Maybe its just me, and if it is id like to figure out why, but I'm experiencing intense delay and constant disconnections. Ill hit a bush and it will only be destroyed about 15 seconds later. I haven't even left the starting area because i get disconnected before i can destroy the trees in the way. Sometimes while i'm running it looks like i'm getting pushed back and then ill kinda, moonwalk around to places i was before.

If theres some way of sorting this out id love to know cause this game looks really amazing and i was really keen to try it out.

Thanks alot

Server lag

There's have been server--lag issues these last few weeks, likely due to more player traffic.
Even more so now, due to many of the preview players logging on for our headstart on the official release.

Some have it harder than others, ranging from stuttering to complete... "wat."

Meh

Meh. Any idea how many players the server can operate with? hopefully with a little less traffic it will become playable. Or maybe even a solution to the problem can be found cause right now this game is completely un-playable for me which is really disappointing.

O well hopefully it calms down.

Just a quick update - the devs are working on this as we speak. Sorry for the inconvenience, we hate lag too. *smites it with banstick*

Just read a post in the bugs

Just read a post in the bugs section about people having the same problem. Looks like it got fixed then broken etc etc but im really glad something is being done about it. Exactly what i'd expect from the devs. Brilliant work. I hope it gets sorted out soon or already is fixed :)

Thanks a lot!

I've been having unplayable

I've been having unplayable amounts of lag with the same symptoms described for the entire early access weekend... It took me hours and many force-disconnects and restarts to even get through the trough the tutorials. And my progress was mostly blind flailing... :(

Things will occasionally run smoother for a few minutes max after loading, but before long I'm lagging to unplayable degrees and getting DCed...

Have been checking my connection but it hasn't really changed since previously when things were working fine (a small amount of lag making shield use annoying, but still totally playable).

Good luck getting the servers in shape for launch - lag on launch can have quite an impact to the first impression...

Will try playing from a different place that has a faster connection (particularly in regards to ping and up-speed) and see how much much difference it makes.

Broken since "could not connect to server"

Mine was fine all day until i was told for a long time that i couldn't connect to the server, which was fixed (or so i thought) when i rebooted my laptop. Now...its like being in purgatory, always walking, then finding out i have actually not moved. Wasted a lot of energy thinking it was fixed then it would bug out halfway through the first floor :/ anyways, here is to hoping this will be a minor hiccup *toast*
