Будьте добры объяснить почему стоит лимит на покупку энергии через STEAM? Мне например хочется приобрести Battle Pack. Но происходит отказ и сообщается о каком то лимите. Да и вообще зачем какой то лимит если я хочу купить энергию?

As far as I remember, there is a purchasing limit (per account? credit card?) to prevent someone from committing credit card fraud or whatnot. The purchasing limit can be increased after the current billing cycle if you have hit your limit. If you want your limit increased right away, you'll have to contact Steam in your case to up that limit. I think that's the gist of it.

Спасибо за ответ. Вот только я не поняла при чем тут кошелек STEAM и кредитная карта. Кошелек в STEAM я пополняю через WEBMONEY. В общем я так и не уловила связи между кошельком и кредитной картой.

The limit is imposed by ThreeRing, not Steam. All accounts are subject to it.
Никто не знает ? Или сложно ответить? Тут вроде кричали что русский знают. Так скажите мне зачем лимит стоит в STEAM и если там ограничение то зачем сделали возможность покупки энергии через аккаунт? Оплачивать картой VISA не желаю.
