First of all, I'm glad to see the changes of introducing the Virant smith shop. I think it would be much better if there is an additional function added to Punch. This is for items with 2 to 3 UVs that player can chose one of two or three UVs to be regenerated by paying certain amount of crowns or CE.
i.e., I paid 75000 crowns on Combuster to get a "charge time reduction: low" and a "damage vs slime: low". However I'm not satisfied with the second one, then I pay for certain amount (better be 15000 crowns) of money to change the "damage vs slime: low" only while keeping the "charge time reduction: low".
Because it is more reasonable than refreshing both or all UVs by paying 75000 or 375000 crowns getting something way beyond expectation.
I'm wondering if you see what I'm trying to say. It would be extremely appreciated if the modification could be made in near future.

I like your idea but I think that rerolling on only one UV or two UVs should be more expensive than just rerolling the whole item. just seems a bit overpowering to be able to cheaply change one UV at a time (since its much easier to get multiple max UVs with the model you suggest).
