Well, today I log into my account and it prompts me to create a new character, so i do, thinking that they (Spiral Knights) want me to use another character slot, but when I log off to see the character list, my first character isn't there... I'm sure I didn't delete it, and it's defently not my imagination, as I still have the acheivements, including the ones I got yesterday... So I don't know what has happened... Has anyone experienced this? Will I get my original character back?

Any helpful comments are apprieciated! ^^

Are you logged into the right account? Theres an autologin function that ties to Facebook and another page on the site, so it maybe logging you in as someone else.

Well, I did log into the right account because I typed in the details one time after not finding my character, but in the past I logged in using Steam, but when I went to log in earlier the option wasn't there... But now when I just logged in to check my account details, it logged me in using Steam, and my character was there... :S I don't know what to say...

Thank you for your suggestion! ^^

But now I'm wondering why logging in via Steam would show my character, but using the actual username and password didn't... :S

Steam login automatically

Steam login automatically creates a new account when you first login to the game. The web account doesn't get explicitly tied unless you go through the merge process, in which case web account is partially locked and all your characters and CE are merged into the steam account. If they are already merged, it shouldn't allow you to login using the user/pass due to the account status on the character database.
