I think a lot of us who are in guilds can say that we never have a reason to go into our guildhalls. Overall, they just need to be....better.
Decorations?
Throw parties and invite guests?
Mic chatting?
Small mini-games?
A devilite to say "honkhonk" to us?
There's a lot of nice stuff we could do with our homebase, but right now it's really just dead space. I would really like some options for it.
If you guys think of anything else that would be nice to add to Guildhalls, just post 'em.

We could use a terminal next to the crafting terminal which is basically ALL the shops in Bazaar. It has the same current items, bla bla bla...
You know, EVERY SINGLE SHOP, rolled into one. Except Punch and Vise of course.
I just remembered. Sometimes I go to the Advanced Training Hall, make a solo game, and then invite all my guild friends to my game. Then we just hang out and mess around with gates and robots. Of course it's flawed: It only fits 8 people, people outside my friends list can join, and Training halls have a weird habit of not letting people enter, even when there's room in the party.
That's what I would like; A Training Hall playground of some sort. Just for something to play around with while we wait for our energy to refill or wait for people to come back from a run.
I was looking at a movie of a guild hall, and it was very dull and bland. If the guild halls were to be improved, the creators of spiral knights should add a furniture vendor so that the guild hall will have a little bit more color. And, guilds can pile up their money to get the furniture they want, so it won't be much of a problem to get a lot of furniture in that colorless guild hall!
Guildhalls definitely need to be spiced up a bit! Mic-chatting and training hall combination would be great.

I'm not the biggest fan of guilds, maybe it's just that I haven't seen the right ones. I haven't really seen the point of guilds and guild halls at the moment seem even more pointless. As someone said in a similar thread " Guilds are just like a weird friend list".

I've seen plenty of suggestions in various threads, some good (training rooms, boss training rooms, guild bank etc) and some not so good (furniture, mascots, etc [ are we trying to turn SK into the Sims])
My idea is to have a link to the auction house so you can make bids and sell things from the comfort of your guildhall without having to go to the AH.
Think about it... where do you see most people hanging around? Answer: the AH. What is the main point of the guildhall... to be somewhere for your guild to hang out
I'd love to see a guild bank but I can see the drama associated with someone in a position of authority and a grudge leaving with the vast majority of your now pilfered goods. Regardless I'd love a guild bank. Or maybe some sort of trophy system to display guild conquests and major achievements.
Perhaps, since guilds have still got almost no use except an extended friend list, being in a guild would give you a locker?
A place to put cr, mats or even possibly ce (cuz it's crystal, remember?) and store as like a personal safe.
Most of you will probably think this is stupid, but I have my reasons.
Most prominent being that, not to seem self promoting, too charitable. I give away free mats, crowns, ce and even craft weapons to people I don't even know. Sure, that's my problem, but if I see that I can spare something, I usually do. Eventually I end up with 0cr or ce.
Having a locker would provide a slight inconvenience to getting what I want to give and deter myself, and also it won't look like I have so much if I can't see it in my inventory, so I would try to keep it.
