HAPPY FUN TIME LAG ADVENTURES (Any lag experiences/stories here?)

Has anyone fallen victim to the infamous lag? How about lag that simply renders you vulnerable one way or another? Tell about your stories with the infamous lag!
Screenshots are also encouraged, but not required, I'm a type of guy who likes to take pictures whenever I lag out from the Spiral Knights server or disconnect altogether.
There was this one time where I was in a party, attempting to do a FSC run. My internet was deciding to not be nice with me and decide to fluctuate between having a good connection or a connection that's utter crap. Wouldn't you know, halfway though the depth, I start to get rather uncontrollable lag to the point where I can't seem to move, however I could still move ever so slightly, and slowly. Same thing with gun bullets and Sword projectiles. I decide to be silly and take a screenshot of this experience since I thought it was rather interesting.
Providing a screenshot because I want to, and can. http://img189.imageshack.us/img189/5513/spiral20110812202913.png

Although it wasn't lag, as you can see, I still had 5 bars of connection. And when the rest of my party members got to the next floor, we were unable to move around. It's more like a glitch than lag.
u guys got enuf energy there?
>charge attack
>approaching some mobs to hit them
LAG
>dead on the floor

in fsc

Dead
tier 3 of golden sun gate, fiends. Depth 22
2 health bars left, the game refused to give more than a +3 vitapod between 19-22.
Running from a spookat's shadow bullet, it's 10 tiles away I'm heading away from it.
I take a few more steps, the spark is 6 tiles away.
I drop dead.
:(

LOL lag always makes me think of slow-mo scenes in movies. xD
Anyways, I was on T1, Terrilous Trail I think, and I was in one of the areas with a group button when it started to lag. Spookats EVERYWHERE! It was hilarious, especially when the lag "stopped" so I was moving normally again and they weren't. I was floating right through them, no problem at all... and then the gunpuppies appeared and the lag really stopped. ^^;

in the final arena the fight starts....and i get disconnected....when i get reconnected i found myself dead
having to waste more energy

Disconnecting in Arena without realising it. Isn't that fun?
Running up the path to the 3rd section, being ahead of everyone!
Stepping on the party button, watching everyone else step on the button...
...and run off the button, through the gate, the walls...

Lagspike + Heat Screen/Prize Wheel = Instant disconnect and return to Haven.
Proven many times.

I was doing a jelly run with some guildys and got to depth 12 and i started to get massive amount's of lag. I think steam was updating as i payed again "Argggg TF2 argggg" but no matter i though i was doing pretty good dodging all the mobs kiting well cooping well with the lag up until the spike trap "all ways the way!"
Well yet just say i got turned into a knight kebab lol
the best bit is my guild friends came to ress me but in the proses died on the same spot as me XD not once but twice both of them. Im not sure who failed more on that run LOL
picture to best explain what happened......

FSC, turret room.
I "graphical" lagged so hard while moving to safety through the mist wall that the nearby attacking slag ended up on the other end with me.
Maybe it wasn't graphical, but a server hiccup? The source of the various lags in the game confuse me.
Of course I've had the typical "lag so hard you walk into spikes/shadowfire you look like a noob" moments many times.

The game pauses for 2-3 seconds, then my character begins to moonwalk across the arena, through the gate, and to the elevator. Another second later and I'm lying dead, impaled on the gate.

So me and my guild decided to do a late night Roarmulus Twins run.
After getting there, we were bombarded by constant lag spikes that manage to kill some of our guys.
But luckily, not a single energy revive was used. We all managed through the lag fest, and got our tokens to boot as well.

Unleashing a furious combo against a lumber, only to find myself catapulted to the other side of the room, dead (on royal jelly upper-right room).

Roarmulus Twins, Warfare workshop.
I was already lagging in the Abadoned Assembly, but once we stepped on that floor, things went really south. Constant lag spikes to the point that I couldn't fight anymore: ...
I was lucky to be running with guildmates who knew what they were doing, and they didn't kick me out for not helping with the fight. The hilight was after the last fight, where one moment I was running to the boxes, and the next was standing on the elevator o.O
Fortunately, in the twins fight the lag was gone.
I blame Java and its single-threaded behavior. The game was grasping for CPU power, and half processor was sitting there, idling! o.O

The FPS drops are a given anymore, I guess. The last eal good one for me was an FSC run, in the Charred Court. I was doing the top-right room with the trojan, and was using the little ole sneaky trick with my blitz. The waves of lag started hitting then. I charged up the blitz and looped in for a back attack on a prone Trojan...or I run to the middle of the room.
K, try again.
Charge, loop in....STanding at the sprite gate with a Trojan sword in my face.
K...
pop a pill, charge up again, WASD myself in by backing in....and i'm in the middle of the room again. I had to leave it to another guy to finish. Meanwhile, I went down to the jumprope room and started pulverizing zombies....or I'm walking into the pile of zombies and getting chomped.
1 rev later, and I'm DDing back to the sprites. It's time to start throwing water! I grab a bubble and tentatively approach the exit.
tap up
tap up WHOA i'm at the foot of the stairs...
(hold my breath)
tap up. gotta climb to the top...
tap up
tap uhhhhh OMG I'M 3 BLOCKS DEEP INTO THE MAGMA???
So after that, after rev 2, I asked politely that the rest of the group COMPLETELY clear out the magma in the hall. I lined myself up for s staraight shot and appeared on the elevator in a few seconds. They cleaned up the rest of the room while I stood there, contemplating how long it would take me to walk over, pick up a crystal, and come back.
30 seconds or so,, as it turns out. The rest of the group went from collecting hearts in the box rooms to on the elevator in a millisecond.

I was doing a run with two other people when all of a sudden...
...they all froze and all the monsters froze. I was running around
slashing at the monsters, watching my sword go through them,
for at least 25-30 seconds before I was disconnected. What happened
was while I was playing, my dad was putting a fan up in his room
and turned off the circuit breaker.
Not really lag, but still funny.

Working my through Cradle and All. T3 Arena. Flawless fighting all the way to 3rd Arena. Flawless fighting all the way to the big polyp spawn on the 4th wave. Clear that off and I know I am home free. Just as the mecha night wave spawns LAG. DEAD.
in the city of almire there is a king
he is corrupted with mad power
now only can he make the floor burn
but he can teleport you into it for 5 second whistle you lose conscious
moral of the story vana + shadow fire + lag = hella hard fight
