Tried using it once. Worked the first time, got like $4 of energy. Tried it the next day, said my card was declined. No idea why, exact same info. Any idea why, anyone?

Most likely yes your card issuer will be able to tell you why. We really just pass the information you enter to the card issuers for them to verify securely.
If all else fails you may want to contact us via email, since you don't want to post billing info on the forum here. You can do that via our Email Support system.
You should make sure that you entered everything in properly. If nothing works still you may want to check with your bank on what's up.
