Were PayPal payment methods for SK changed?

I tried buying 1600 energy a moment ago, and only an option for eChecks appeared. After proceeding, it tells me the payment is pending and the receipt I received says it'll take 3-5 business days to clear.
I've bought plenty of energy through PayPal before and it was always instant... o_O

Nevermind, it was something I changed on my PayPal account. :/
eChecks have to processed by the bank, so its gonna be slower. Maybe Paypal doesn't trust you anymore....
