Situation: We have filled the bar, and has appeared a mask

I participated as normal until the end. I was sure to win it, but at the end of the game Krogmo King told me that I dishonored the game and I can not have nothing, especially the bonus mask.
I sent an email to technical support, and they asked me if I had problems with the game. I replied that I played normally.
After a waiting period, they said that if I go afk not get the mask, and send a bug report and a petition (???), if I have played normally. After that the application for aid has been closed.

This is the screenshot I made:

As you can see, I have a result of 2:3, so I actively participated in the battle.
I do not think anyone is so stupid to go afk in a mask match bonus.

Probably near the end i drop

Probably near the end i drop less bombs. That's because i was in a corner, my team was winning and i did not want to kill myself (at that time i was full upgrade). But i was moving and surely i wasn't afk. Keep in mind that i fight for the most of the time. Is Afk status a status of how much bombs i release in a match? I do this question because I always thought that the mean of "away from keyboard" is concerning a player that leave his character to sleep.

They added a bomb counter as

They added a bomb counter as part of the checks to stop people from simply sticking a new move key down to trick the AFK monitor, and to make sure they are actually participating in combat instead of hiding during the match. Players usually drop bombs at a high rate during a match, so if you held back for a long time that might had done it.
