Where's French support gone?

Okay, so I wouldn't like to fingerpoint a couple stuffs, but..
-There's no news up to date since the 08-03
-There's nobody actually handling French community moderation since the 08-03 (it seems)
-No news about new GMs hiring yet

Not saying having a huge team down there is mandatory, but its probably abnormal I can't rely on my own community's forums to check out the latest news of the game, in due time and not a week later. Yes of course there are mails (but I'm not sure every latest news was mailed); but we can't answer or discuss those. Can't obtain nick's news (we could while there still was Hyperion, and I have no idea where he's gone). Maybe some of us can understand English but its not everybody's case, so if any official' could answer that, thanks.

15 days without a single GM

15 days without a single GM in French forums or Havens, 4 days and no reply from any moderator who could probably EASILY explain here why no GMs been hired and why the only one who used to occasionally stick around is a goner. Hello?

If it makes you feel better, the support for the much larger english userbase is almost non-existant as well. I think I've had a ticket open for 3 days now and a bunch before that that were never resolved or even responded to.

Well actually, our GM is(was?) Hyperion, and he isn't French, just probably from the USA. And he's the one who surrendered to us.
France 1-0 US!!!

But ya seriously, where are the people supposed to answer us?

Hyperion is still around. While there is indeed a backlog of translations (for which we apologize) that occurred over a vacation, the priority is on answering the in-game player report and request queue. Keep an eye out for more news on the French support front.
