I don't comprehend why is it disabled in gates. Sure, zone chat might be disabled so people can't communicate across gates to call for help (...), but surely the trade channel can be enabled so buyers/sellers can actually continue selling their wares even during instances? I don't see the downside to this, seeing as the trade channel is turned off by default.

How do you associate a Haven
How do you associate a Haven with your instance of the clock work? Especially when players can come from multiple havens.
Isn't zone chat all of the one haven instance your in?
