Randomly appearing, horribly glitched screen.

While playing Spiral Knights sometimes my screen will glitch out HORRIBLY. Sometimes I'll go for a few days with no problems, sometimes it will glitch every half hour or so. This has happened to me so far in Haven, several Dungeons, and once in PVP. I have tried sending in-game bug reports, but I got no reply.
Here is one example of the glitch:

All textures are ruined, including text. I can not read anything, either in the HUD bar, item descriptions, or in the chatbox. The game is still technically playable, though most monsters and some items are invisible unless you hold your mouse directly over them. It makes it nearly impossible to get through most dungeons though, and PVP is a joke.

The only way to fix the glitch is to restart the client. Changing maps (either entering a new area in Haven or going to the next level of the dungeon) has no effect.

I run my client on the lowest possible settings, so that shouldn't be a problem. I have the latest video drivers and the latest version of java. I run Windows 7, and my computer meets the minimum requirements.

Do the following things

Do the following things:
_Make sure that SK is the only program that is running. That means you should close Firefox.
_Check your RAM usage whenever you see strange disoriented stuff on your screen, this maybe a sign of memory leaking.
I often see those strange objects whenever my RAM usage is around 90%+
Also, tell me what kind of graphic card you have. It could be the problem (graphic card can't handle the game and such.)
Check your graphic card: Start -> Dxdiag.exe -> Display
Just checking, how old is your computer? Did you try to upgrade the OS from window XP to Vista?

Do you have any temp

Do you have any temp monitoring programs installed? Being summer time heat tends to be an issue unless you play in a well AC'd room.

Thanks for your help

Darker01:
1. From now on I'll try running it on its own. I'll post something if the problem reappears, but that could be a little while since it's a random thing.
2. I'll try checking the RAM usage next time the problem pops up, thanks for the advice.
3. Graphics card:
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE
4. Computer's age:
Not sure. My grandpa gave it to me when he upgraded, so probably semi-old. I think he did change operating systems, but I'm not 100% sure.

Starlinvf:
I don't believe I have any temperature monitoring programs on this computer.
If that was the problem, though, I would think I would see some issues in other programs. I frequently run Puzzle Pirates on this computer with no problems, and that is another Three Rings java game. I'll look into a program in any case, thanks.
