The problem with the vortexes if they aren't bombs you'll see non-bombers using all too often where as any actual bomber is going to get CTR Max simply from gear/trinket bonuses. With that being said it is still a krogmo item so people are liable to pay for the convinience of not having to play PVP a lot, but given the recent Battle Pack as well as the fact it is entirely possible to get all the required recipes from krogmo without paying any crowns and potentially even gaining them, the 'convinience' factor isn't liable to add a whole lot to the value. Ergo somewhere in the 6-8 range is what I'd expect.

Personally, I would buy a ctr med bomb (2 or 3 star). I'm collecting a set of them. So far I've got fire, stun*2, blast, and poison, and am watching the freeze ones in AH. I'd like a capacitator as well, but will probably have to wait a long time for one.
