As of right now my Shivermist Buster has a UV of HIGH vs Fiends.

I would really prefer to have a CTR on it.

I also have an unbound freezing vaporizor CTR MED just sitting in my arsenal.

Should I UV roll on my shivermist in hopes that I get a CTR?

or

should I try selling my shivermist and remake the freezing vaporizor CTR med into a new shivermist?

which do you think would be cheaper in the long run for me?

I'd say, option 2 [cause it's

I'd say, option 2 [cause it's not random], though you gave to consider that in option 1 you can sell your CTR Med freezing vaporizer...

Remember that every UV roll

Remember that every UV roll is roughly equivalent to 300 CE (15k = 5000x3). Your Freezing CTR Med is worth, from what I've seen, roughly 700-900 CE...but you'd have to spend 100+300+700=1100 CE to upgrade it to Shivermist (assuming you use 100 ME like a sane person). Since damage isn't all that useful for status bombs, your High UV probably isn't going to get you a whole lot of profit after paying for unbinding.'

Option 2 looks like a smarter move.

yea, it's definitely a better idea to go with the CTR med that's guaranteed.

ctr med and higher is very

ctr med and higher is very unlikely, its much better to go with what you have. Your current shivermist luck wise is also very rare, you'll have problems selling it because it is not the modifier people want though, still try to get something from it.
