I'm a gunner, carrying Magma Driver, Shadow Driver and a Strike Needle. I'm thinking I need a sword for backup, and I'm looking at the Troika range, as I've heard they have great knockback. I do have a Ascended Calibur, which I'm not exceptionally fond of. Is the Troika range, going for Sudaruska, a decent backup? Thanks....

I'm mostly a bomber so I need a neutral sword so that I only have to carry one - currently I'm using a Levi. I tried the Sudaruska but found it too slow to be useful. Like all 2-swing swords, it benefits greatly from having Max ASI... which means lots of Vog Cub and/or ASI trinkets. If I'm already wearing bomber gear and have bomber trinkets then I don't have room for sword improvement items.
Which is why I switched back to Levi after trying out the Sudaruska.
Of the two Troika options, the Triglav should be more useful for non-swordies since the occasional freeze will help with CC.
I would go for Triglav chain .
