I already have an Argent Peacemaker (elemental gun) but help me decide out of those 2 guns which might better of each group
and which vapouriser bomb should i get for each group

Polaris is realllllly nasty to constructs, and pretty much anything else that you shoot it at. I don't know how it measures up against the Voltech series, but with 3 shots instead of two, AoE bullets at the end of the shot, chance to shock, and really long range I'm glad I went that way instead of a driver.
If you don't like screen spam and knockback, don't go for it. Other than that, it's best.

I was gonna rant about how much better polaris is but you already beat me to it :P
Polaris is better imo, even if you already have a elemental gun, because AP sucks vs. Constructs, they resist the piercing and take bonus from elemental, so they just take normal damage from it. Polaris does extreme damage to Constructs, and has a chance to shock. Plus the Supernova bullets look lame.
