If you dont know what a noob plauge is, it is when someone in t3 or t2 invites a person who currently does NOT even have t2 yet. Then everyone else leaves but the begginer and somone else so theres a t3 person and a t1 person. Then the t1 person invites his pals that are also t1 people into t3 and says ''hey guys im in t3 :D i cant kill a stinkin thing :D lets all go to t3''. Then if you are the t3 person, you are stuck with 3 t1 people. So now everyones dead and you have to revive.

So to cure this, noone should be alowed to invite a tier 1 person into t2 or t3, and should not be alowed to invite a t2 person into t3.

How about you just kick them

How about you just kick them all? Or just lock the party? Or unfriend them?

Wheras this is a problem, and T1, or even T2 players really shouldnt be playing T3, eternitys solution seems best in your case. Just kick them out. Then they'll have no backup, and will be forced to quit due to the fact that they can't continue onward.
There should be a "Allow freinds of blank teir up only" button though. I dislike having to kick some of my weaker freinds after they waste 10 mist, and keeping them from joining in the first place would fix that. Though I do like being able to let them in, so I can use them as a human heat amp. Revive them at the end of the level, get 30 precent of their heat. That's 10 more than a heat amp, it lasts forever, and it dosen't cost 800 freaking CE.
I think that the party leader should be able to block out lower teirs from joining, but removing acess to higher teirs completely kinda makes just as many problems as it solves.

And just so you know;

And just so you know; Alphonse125 is currently playing teir 2 (with his teir 3 gear) to level up his teir 1 freind. who's wearing emberbreak armor and a mining cap >_>

I think this proves my point that blocking lower teir players should be an option, not a rule.
