Thanks to the guys who helped me pick out my weapons. Ok i'm already set on my weapons and now need some armor advice. Right now i have the 3*drake scale helm(lv. 10) and the miracle cloak(lv. 10)4*. I need advice on what i should get or if what i have now is good and i should keep upgrading it(i want to upgrade the miracle cloak into the divine mantle). If this helps i have the twisted targe, shockburst brandish, twisted spine cone, and the toxic catlyzer(probably spelled wrong). Please help, and thank you.

If I get the volcanic plate helm, would you recommend having the silvermail or what?? right now the volcanic plate helm is looking pretty promising, ill just get the quick strike module to balance it out. thanks

I wouldn't recommend you to upgrade the divine mantle unless you are planning on use it as a appearance item. Mainly cuz the lack of normal defense really hurts even if you are attacked by an attack of which the item supposedly is strong against.
My first 5* set was divine veil + skolver coat. Lacking normal defense on divine veil hurts so much as to make the whole point of having a shadow/elemental defense item useless. not only that, normal and piercing will deal a whole to more damage.
I'm on the way to get a Vog cub set, each piece with med normal def UV.
If you REALLY want the divine mantle I recommend you to at least select a helmet with a hell lot of normal defense like the plate helms.
Drop the drake helm, that line of helmets is one of the worsts.
