Hello, i have just recently tried to craft an Ash Tail Coat. This never happened to me but, after the small transmuting screen finished. My game got a random error crash. I than logged back on but than noticed that my energy and money was gone but yet i didn't have the item i crafted in my inventory. Can i get a refund of the 200 energy and 1000 crowns along with the materials? My main account is on steam and this account is just to post forum replies and helps like this.
