Peacemaker if you aren't adept at positioning yourself and have no freeze/stun support, Blitz if you are confident in your ability to attack Vana whilst avoiding his attacks and Slag Guards, or do have freeze/stun support. Blitz is better, but it's also much harder to use effectively where as the peacemaker requires little to no skill but is inferior as far as damage output is concerned.
