I'm swordsman and currently have: Tempered Calibur (UV ctr low), Dark Thorn Blade, Faust and Kilowatt Pulsar. I plan to have Skolver set (currently I have Ash Tail set). If Krogmo event will continue much time I will get sword ctr and/or dmg trinket.
What do you think - should I Cold Iron Carver or Ascended Calibur? I like Calibur charge attack. Maybe you don't like Caliburs? Should I get Shivermist or Ash of Angi instead? And should I have atleast 1 gun (Pulsar) or all swords (because I'm swordsman)? And what you think about Combuster and Glacius? I kinda like them then i readed description in wiki but never used one.
And what about shields? I currently have Wise Owlite Shield (UV stun med). It is a nice shield, but doesn't have piercing defence. That is bad because I will be killing Alpha Wolvers that bite 3 times and breake my shield. I would like to get Barbarous Thorn Shield because it adds medium dmg bonus to my swords. But with Skolver and dmg trinket I would already have dmg maximum. I think I will stick with Owlite. But if I wont get that dmg trinket I think I will get Barbarous one for my sword damage maximization...

Ok main question - Levi/Cold Iron Vanquisher or Ash of Angi/Shivermist or Combuster/Glacius? And how about Pulsar? Should i keep it? I'm swordsman...

CIC vs Ascended - the usual consensus is to get Ascended Calibur because the Ascended does more damage overall to other monster types and the CIC is only slightly better on Undeads.
Shivermist vs Ash of Agni - Since you're a swordsman, you should go for Shivermist because it will help your playstyle more. Stick them in place, then Calibur charge is always nice.
Gun or no Gun? - Well, it's really up to you, do you think you'd go solo a lot, want guns for switches and things or for kiting etc etc? Do you plan to get Polaris from Pulsar?
Combuster or Glacius - If you're really comfortable with swords, I think you should get Glacius, but then if you get Shivermist, my opinion is to get Combuster. If you get Ash of Agni, get Glacius.
They're both really nice swords, with nice charge attacks, but essentially the same except for the status.
Combuster is harder to hit all 3 times at the same target though, whereas with Glacius you can charge-->hit/freeze, charge --> hit/freeze repeatedly and easier to aim at.
Also another bonus is, you can bring Glacius to FSC (more useful than Combuster there)
Alpha Wolvers in T3 - Apart from just getting a Barb Thorn Shield, you should also get a Flourish. I would either recommend the Final Flourish or the Snarbolax Flourish. Rather good for dealing with them, or the Glacius is good too.
I think the BTS is rather good... it does more defence against things like spikes as compared to owlite... I have both at 5 star, and I use the Barb shield for its damage bonus everywhere except for IMF now XD

I don't know about 4rd weapon slot. I have all 4 weapons that I'm using now. And main question: should I choose Ash of Angi/Shivermist or Combuster/Glacius or Polaris? I think I will stick with Polaris... Well maybe I should choose Glacius instead since I'm swordsman?
I already mentioned that i have Dark Thorn Blade. It is "Snarbolax Flourish" and charge attack is 100 times better then Flourish.
Well yes i thought about spikes defence but I have piercing defence from my armor so I'm only getting like half hp dmg (if I remember good).
I just thought about Skolver + Vog + 2 dmg trinkets. Or Skolver set + dmg and ctr trinkets. And I don't think I would like that Barbarous shield.
