Hi,
While I play, download or update Spiral Knights my anti-virus picks up these .dll viruses

Jinput-dx8.dll
Jinput-raw.dll

Tell me what does this mean, is it a real virus and most importantly is it dangerous and how do I stop it.

False alarm.

If those 2 were real viruses you would lose your account already.
Check your anti-virus settings and/or update it.

Its likely a false positive.

Its likely a false positive. Theres another thread concerning that same AV.

You can work around it by excluding the SK folder from scans and auto-protect, but long term the AV maker will need to review the criteria for the hit, but I'm willing to bet its location is part of the reason.

Reinstall.................

I tried to reinstall SK but it said that after five attempts it couldn't download important files.

If your AV is still deleting

If your AV is still deleting it, it'll keep trying to redownload the file. *points back at the scan exceptions*
