It's kinda cool, and a little weird. The calibur is my main weapon, and there are a few glitches I see with it.

At a constant combo, sometimes my player hesitates in his strike. Like a holding back of the swing because he ill timed it.

My favorite is the 4th slash. You combo, then after the third slash, he brings it back lightning fast for another identical slash.

Comments anyone? The 4th slash makes him look so tank. It's just soo fast...

As far as I can tell, this is consistent for the whole calibur line.

It's just a graphical glitch

It's just a graphical glitch caused by lag, the server itself is only seeing 3 slashes.

You do the 3 strikes, see them on your screen, then the server tells your computer you've just done the third strike after the animation finishes, so the animation replays.

I doubt it has any gameplay benefit.

It just looks cool because he does it SOOOO fast! Doesn't actually DO anything tho...

Real 4 hit combo

You can do a real 4 swing combo though.

Slash 1 > Slash 2 > Shield Cancel > Slash 1 (hold the key) > (release) [Slash 1]
or
Slash 1 > Shield Cancel > Slash 1 > Shield Cancel > Slash 1 (hold the key) > (release) [Slash 1]

I believe this works with any 3 swing weapon.
