Heart capsules at terminals

I'd like to see heart capsule deposits at the mid way terminals nothing big but the ones you get from the begining towns that way ppl joining mid run have a chance to get a little boost to their hp without hoping from a random drop along the way, and/or fighting other players for it.
You mean vitapods? that won't help for players joining after the terminal though. I've never really had a problem with them dropping, but maybe letting people access the lobby before being thrown into a group would be a better option, that way they can also buy health kits in sub towns as well.
