The charge UV means something because alchemers have a decent charge attack once they hit 4/5*.
The beast bonus, less so. It won't affect the fire damage, which wouldn't be reduced by beasts' elemental resistance, and it'd give you like... 5 damage more per shot to them? So yeah, useless.
If you're going to use it, there's no shame in re-rolling the UV later. If you're going to sell it, you won't get much, but if you didn't use the UV shop to get those, it won't feel like much of a loss.
