Recently, I feel like there's been an upsurge in fan-fiction on the forum, and while I don't have an issue with fan-fiction I'd rather it not take up space in the regular discussion forums when it's so different from everything else we're talking about on there. Giving fan-fiction its own forum will free up space for relevant discussion in the regular forum, and allow fan-fiction ... fans ... to more easily peruse the archives of stories on the site.

Thank you!

Agreed. This seems like low-hanging fruit (something with a low cost of development) and would be appreciated.

Names?

As Kevomatic said, this would take very little time. If your forum is set up under third-party software it's as easy as creating a new forum tab.

It would need a name, of course. Most of the forums have clever game-related titles. Something like ... idk, Treasure vault? Especially if it includes contests, I think it would be an apt title.

Right. But I'm talking about threads.

Well, it's not just for contests, though. But i do like the alliteration.

And the wiki bit doesn't matter, see, because I just want a way to organize these kind of posts and clean up the general discussion forum a bit.
