Revert shields to how they were in the previous build. It was great being able to actually move when you had your shield up and enemies were pounding away at you rather thank just CLINK CLINK CLINK CLINK CLINK that they normally are.
Also, make it possible to have total playtime visible on the HUD so we can watch the seconds and minutes and hours tick by as we play Spiral Knights.
That momentary unintentional behavior also made the shield much, much more useful on spike floors and around thorns -- It also broke much faster on spikes as opposed to on thorns, so it worked pretty well!
