Okay so I was doing an arena when I all of a sudden noticed that my Levi had (what appeared to be) very light blue ribbons of sorts wrapped around the blade in the same fashion as the chains on the CIV. However, it went away when I was at Basil. Can I get a confirmation from any other Levi users or is it just me? o.O

The ribbon shows up in either shock or ice type levels. It's kinda picky about it, you gotta really look to notice it.
I like how it adds a subtle beauty to the sword :)

The devs are lazy that way..
I noticed this a long time ago as well. You get to see how lazy the devs have been when creating items, using the same model and all. :P
I also noticed the same thing going for the Grey Feather Mantle, where you can barely see the spike-wheel shells from the gunslinger mantles when facing north. I'm pretty sure there are other oddities like that with other items as well.

I like it
I think it's kinda cool and makes the blade seem nice, perhaps I should make a suggestion to make that a part if the actual game model?
i noticed that too on Ice levels you can see it more clearly
